Kami Shrimp

Five shrimp stuffed with crab rangoon mixture, bacon, spinach, and onion. Tempura battered and served on a bed of Acadian lettuce mix with spicy aioli and yakitori glaze

Kani Salad

Crab, cucumber, spicy mayo, green onions, togarashi and panko

Edamame

Steamed edamame seasoned with sea salt

Miso Soup

House miso soup with tofu, seaweed, green onions, and fried shallots

Pressed rice balls with a special filling or added flavorful ingredient.

Yakisoba

Japanese style stir-fried noodles, Yakisoba noodles seared with garlic, onion, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and a house Furikake blend with Yakisoba sauce. 


Choose from Chicken, Shrimp or Tofu

*Poke

Edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger, avocado, lime wedge, green onions, spicy aioli, unagi sauce. Choose from Seared Ahi, Kami Shrimp or Spicy Salmon.


Meals

Seared salmon with your choice of our brown sugar glaze, bourbon glaze or pineapple salsa. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or fries & vegetable or side salad.

Far East Sesame Chopped Salad

Shredded Cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers, cashews, cilantro, green onion, with our creamy sesame dressing and fried wontons.

*Garlic and Herb Steak

New York strip or sirloin steak seasoned and charbroiled and finished with our bourbon glaze. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or fries & vegetable or side salad.

*Steak Au Point

New York strip or sirloin steak seasoned and charbroiled and finished with our Thai black pepper sauce. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or fries & vegetable or side salad.

*Apple Butter Pork Chop

Boneless pork chop, seasoned and charbroiled, topped with our Maple bourbon and bacon apple butter. Served with your choice of mashed potatoes or fries & vegetable or side salad.

Seared Brussel Sprout Salad

Pan seared Brussel sprouts cooked in butter and garlic, topped with shaved parmesan & croutons served with Caesar dressing.

*Grange Burger

House ground meat blend cooked to your liking on a brioche milk bun with your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, & onion.  Served with fries. 


Burger additions: Bacon, Avocado, Egg.

Avocado Chicken Panini

Swiss, avocado, seasoned & grilled chicken breast on sourdough.  Served with fries.
